TP(Table Progressive) Bounty
Bounties will increase in value as we consolidate tables.
Example, we start with 3 tables. Bounties will be worth $10 until we go down to 2 tables. When we do go to 2 tables, those extra bounties will be cashed in immediately. All players will be back to 1 bounty, and now those are worth $20 each. Then we go to final table, and cash in those extra bounties. Putting you back to one bounty, now worth $30.
If we start the game with only 2 tables, then bounties will be $10 & $20.
